Vince Zampella, Has Passed Away in a California Car Crash
The visionary game developer, who helped create the wildly popular franchise Call of Duty, has tragically died in a car accident in Los Angeles, California he was 55 years old.
Zampella's death was announced by Electronic Arts, the parent company of Respawn Entertainment, the video game company which he helped establish.
The celebrated game designer lost his life when his vehicle was involved in a crash and was engulfed in flames on a highway in Los Angeles on this past Sunday, as reported by.
"This is an unimaginable loss, and we stand with Vince's family, his loved ones, and the countless individuals inspired by his legacy," an official with Electronic Arts stated.
